From 7 November 2011 to 8 January 2012, a brand new “magical moment” awaits visitors in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle, celebrating Christmas every day. As the Royal Court opens the ball, the three godmothers accompany Princess Aurora and Prince Philip as they enter, passing through a guard of honour. The princely couple waltz in the courtyard while the godmothers, distracted as ever, argue about the colour of the castle. They end up deciding to combine their power, and with a wave of their wands, transform the castle roofs into a shining myriad of lights. And in keeping with tradition, Princess Aurora makes her Christmas wishes, bringing this magical moment to a close. It’s an unmissable

Disneyland Paris Christmas Ride Big Thunder Mountain Onride

This Video shows the Big Thunder Mountain Rollercoaster Onride with Snow in Disneyland Paris at the Christmas Season . At Disneyland Park (Paris), Big Thunder Mountain sits on an island in the middle of the Rivers of the Far West, where Tom Sawyer’s Island would normally sit. Unlike all of the other versions of the ride, this version has an elaborate backstory concerning the town of Thunder Mesa, founded by Henry Ravenswood to support the mining in the mountain. This backstory influences not just Big Thunder Mountain but also Frontierland’s other major attraction, Phantom Manor, Disneyland Paris’s equivalent of the Haunted Mansion. Although the ride itself is located on an island, guests board the trains at a depot on the mainland. The overall layout of the ride is influenced by Disneyland’s Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, it is a mirror image but significantly altered with tunnels to allow trains to travel under the river to the station on the mainland. Big Thunder Mountain at Disneyland Paris is more heavily themed than the other versions of the ride. Leaving the station on the mainland, the trains descend into a long and dark tunnel, before making a right hand turn, sharply rising up, and climbing the first lift hill. This tunnel takes guests under the water and onto Big Thunder Island in the middle of the Rivers of the Far West. Stalactites and stalagmites can be seen growing next to the track. The sounds of bats up above can also be heard. At the top, a waterfall

Disneyland Paris – Halloween Nightmare before Christmas Sound Band

This Video shows two clips from the Halloween Street Musicans in Disneyland Paris at the Main Street Railroad Area and in Frontierland / Halloweenland . Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a separate-admission Halloween-themed event held annually during the months of September and October at the Magic Kingdom theme park of the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, outside Orlando, and at Disneyland Paris Resort outside Paris, France. The party began as a response to the Halloween Horror Nights event at Universal Studios Florida. Disney’s event caters to a family atmosphere, whereas Universal’s has more of a “fright-centered” event with their monsters (Dracula, Frankenstein, etc.) The event encourages guests to dress up in Halloween costumes and celebrate the season with themed events throughout the park. Normal rules prohibit guests over the age of nine years old from dressing in costume, however, this rule is waived for the party, although anyone dressed as a Disney character is prohibited from signing autographs or posing for pictures with other guests so as not to be confused with regular cast members (the Disney term for employees) in those roles. For the first time ever, a Not-So-Scary Halloween Party took place outside the USA in 2008. In October 2008, Disneyland Paris hosted “Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party” (translated in French in “La Fête Pas-Si-Trouille de Mickey”), in the Disneyland Park. Located in Fantasyland and a part of
